PAYMENTS AND REPORTING

The time it takes for you to receive a payment from American Express® depends on:

  • How you submit Charges to us - electronically or on paper by post
  • How you tell us to send your payment - electronically, by Direct Credit or by posting a cheque

Advantages of Direct Credit
The quickest way to get paid is to submit Charges and Credits electronically and to receive payment via Direct Credit into your designated bank account. Direct Credit payment facility is fast, reliable and efficient. With this option, you will no longer have to:

  • Wait for cheques to clear before having those funds at your disposal
  • Endure delays in the post to receive your payment
  • Run the risk of cheques being lost in the post or misplaced in the office
  • Spend valuable time taking cheques to the bank for deposit

Payment via Direct Credit will be initiated five business days after we receive and process the Record of Charge and Credit Record forms you submit to us. If your payment date falls on a non-business day, we will initiate payment on the next day our bank is open for processing payments. You must provide us with your nominated bank account details. This can be done by calling Establishment Services Group on (+973) 17557799.

Standard pay plan options
