Joint and Several Liability
Both the Company and individual employee are jointly and severally liable for all charges accrued on the Card account.
Company Liability
The Company assumes sole liability for all charges incurred on the Card account.
Individual Liability
Only the employee is liable for all charges incurred on the Card account.
