*Payment must be made by cash in UAE Dirhams. If you settle a bill that is not denominated in UAE Dirhams at Al Ansari Exchange, your bill will be converted into the
equivalent in UAE Dirhams at the prevailing Al Ansari Exchange rate.

You can pay your bill by cash in UAE Dirhams at any of the 89 Al Ansari Exchange branches across the UAE. To avail this Card Payment Service, simply visit any Al Ansari Exchange branch with either your Card or Statement of Account in hand. Please
allow 3 working days for payment to reach us.

EPPCO and ENOC petrol stations across the country
Emirates NBD Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) across the country
You do not have to hold a bank account with Emirates Bank to avail of this service. The CDM directly accepts any Dirham currency notes. You will obtain a receipt immediately upon completion of payment. Follow these simple steps to make your payment:
1. Press Enter
2. Select the language of preference; English or Arabic
3. Select the Credit Card payment option
4. Select American Express
5. Insert your American Express Card that you wish to settle the bill for
6. Insert AED Cash
7. Confirm the Amount
8. Collect your Receipt
Emirates NBD Cash Deposit Machines are located across the UAE.
2. Online Payment
Should you have a bank account with Emirates Bank you can settle your monthly bill online by logging on to www.me.ae ; Follow these simple steps to make your payment:
1. Click on Online Banking Icon on the left side panel under 'Ways of Banking'
2. Click on the 'Log In' option and enter your User Name and Password
3. If you do not have a User Name and Password, then click on the 'Sign Up' option and follow the simple instructions
4. After you have logged in, go to Payments and click on 'AMEX'
5. Fill in Card #, Name embossed on Card in order to register your information
6. Chose the Card you wish to pay, type in the amount to be paid and to 'Pay'
7. Click on 'OK' to confirm the Transaction
Please note that the minimum payment required is AED 50.

Should you have a bank account with the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), you can settle your monthly bill online by logging on to www.cbdonline.ae ; Follow these simple steps to make your payment:
1. Click on 'Bill Payments' Icon on the left side panel under 'Online Banking'
2. Click on the 'American Express' icon
3. If you are paying for the first time, register your information first by clicking on 'Register Bill' icon
4. Write the name embossed on the Card for 'Payee Name' and the Card Number for 'Bill Number'
You may register more than one Card to pay them at the same time
5. Click on 'Pay Register Bill' and choose the Card you wish to pay and type in the amount to be paid. Select the debit account from the pick list then click 'Submit'
6. Enter the 'Transaction PIN' provided to you by the bank
7. Click on 'OK' to confirm the Transaction; write down the reference number and print the confirmation for your records.
Please note that the minimum payment required is AED 50.
3. By Post
Send us a cheque (along with the Payment Slip at the bottom of your Card Statement). Remember to write your Account Number on the front of your cheque and please allow a minimum of 7 working days for payment to reach us. Send your cheque to:
