Direct Debit is available only for Credit Cardmembers through Doha Bank in Qatar.

If you have a Credit Card:
You must complete a Direct Debit Mandate Form provided by American Express; and have it signed by your Bank, provided you set up the option with your bank to pay either the minimum 5% of your outstanding balance each month or the full outstanding balance.

Should you have a bank account with Doha Bank you can settle your monthly bill online by logging on to their website on www.dohabank.com.qa; Follow these simple steps to make your payment:

1. Click on Dbank Online Log In Icon
2. Enter your User Name, Customer Number (Bank account number) and Password
3. Go to Credit Cards and Chose AMEX Card Payment
4. Fill in Card #, Name embossed on Card, Amount to be paid and Click on Submit
5. Click on Confirm to confirm the Transaction

Please note that the minimum payment required is QR 50.

Send us a cheque (along with the Payment Slip at the bottom of your Card Statement). Remember to write your Account Number on the front of your cheque and please allow a minimum of 7 working days for payment to reach us. Send your cheque to:
